HOW TO RETURN YOUR LADY VIRUS VIRSP3 FOR AN EXCHANGE
Can I still use my Lady Virus in game Play?
NO. Please return your Lady Virus for an exchange of any other Combat.
Is my Lady Virus still approved for ASA, USSSA, ISF, NSA & ISA?
NO.
Do I have to return my Lady Virus?
No - you can keep your current Lady Virus but it cannot be used in league games that follow any association standards which only leaves recreational play.
Can I return a bat stamped no return?
Yes - but the replacement bat will not carry any warranty. The returned bat MUST be postmarked by June 1st, 2008
Will my replacement bat have a warranty?
Your replacement bat will carry a warranty equivalent to the original warranty of your Lady Virus. For example if your Lady Virus warranty expires on August 1st 2008, your replacement bat will carry a one time replacement warranty until August 1st 2008. If your Lady Virus is out of warranty or has already been replaced, the replacement bat will not carry any warranty.
Is my current warranty still valid if I keep my Lady Virus?
If you should decide to keep your Lady Virus for recreational play only, your warranty is still valid as per your original bill of sale.
How long do I have to return my Lady Virus?
All Lady Virus bats can only be exchanged up until and no later than June 1st, 2008 (this must be postmarked by June 1st, 2008) or by the end of your current warranty period.
How long do I have to return my no warranty Lady Virus?
All NON WARRANTY Lady Virus bats can only be exchanged up until and no later than June 1st, 2008 (must be postmarked by June 1st, 2008).
Can I just get a refund?
No - there is no cash refund available, exchange only.
Can I take my bat back to the retailer I got it from?
No - they are not equipped to accept these bats nor are they authorized to do so. Please follow the return instructions given once you receive an RA number.
Can I get a 34" bat?
Yes - you can choose any softball or baseball bat in any model.
How long will this take?
Once we receive your bat the replacement order will be processed and sent to you directly at no cost. Please understand that this is subject to availability and we will do our very best to ship your replacement bat in a timely manner. We will advise you of the estimated delivery date once we receive your Lady Virus.
How do I return my bat?
You MUST have your original receipt. You MUST get an RA number from Combat.

All NON WARRANTY Lady Virus bats can only be exchanged up until and no later than June 1st, 2008 (must be postmarked by June 1st, 2008).
Please return your current Lady Virus bat and receive any Combat softball or baseball bat of your choice. You MUST send in with the bat your original receipt in order to process this order.
We will pay freight both ways (standard shipping only and you must use the provided shipping label or you will be responsible for the cost). Please note that the UPS shipping labels are only valid for 10 days so the bat must sent back immediately after receipt of the labels.
The replacement bat will carry the balance of your current Lady Virus warranty only.
Please call the number below or email for an RA number, and provide us with the following information - new bat request, your full name, address, phone number, email address and place of purchase - we will then send you an email confirmation with this RA number as well as the UPS shipping labels for you to print off and use to return your Lady Virus.
Once we receive this bat your order will be processed and sent to you directly at no cost. Please understand that this is subject to availability and we will do our very best to ship your replacement bat in a timely manner. We will advise you of the estimated delivery date once we receive your Lady Virus.
