Contest Rules
- No purchase necessary
- The Contest is open to all residents of Canada and United States, including Quebec, eighteen (18) years of age or older excluding employees, agents, and their immediate family members and those with whom they are domiciled, of CE Composites, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies.
- One potential winner will be determined by random selection from all potential entries
- Winner will be notified by phone or email
- Limit one entry per contestant, odds of winning depend on the number of potential entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date
- All entries will become the property of CE Composites
- All decisions of the judging organization are final.
- CE Composites will not be responsible for entries not received due to or ineligible because of incomplete, unclear, indecipherable or inaccurate information, failed network connections or other mechanical or technical problems, however caused, including a busy phone signal. CE Composites assumes no liability for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website or features on the website during the Contest Period, for any problems, including the failure to have cookies enabled, or mechanical or technical malfunction of, or damage to, any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, for failure of any email or entry to be received by CE Composites for any reason, including on account of human error or mechanical or technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, for damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers" or viruses, bugs or other problems. CE Composites reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should an attempt be made to do so, CE Composites reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. All entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
- Entries received on-line will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (for example, business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A selected entrant may be required to provide CE Composites with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. Any use of automated devices is prohibited. All entries must be received on or before the end of the Contest period. Neither CE Composites will be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late entries, which will be void.
- Before being declared a winner, selected entrants may be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a Release of Liability, releasing CE Composites, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, the affiliates of the foregoing and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this Contest or the prize. Declaration and Release documents must be returned by the date indicated on the documents or the prize will be forfeited. By accepting the prize, the winner and his/her guest consent to the use of their names, addresses (city, province), voice, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to comply with these official Contest rules and to release and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability arising as a result of the entrant's participation in this Contest, compliance and/or non-compliance with these Contest rules and the acceptance and use of any prize.
- Any ballots or other materials used in this Contest which have been tampered with, mutilated, altered, forged, reproduced, not legitimately obtained, are illegible or which contain or reflect printing, production or other errors will be void.
- Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at CE Composite's sole discretion. CE Composites reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if a prize cannot be awarded as described. Prizes will only be delivered to the verified winners. All decisions of CE Composites, and/or any contest judging organization are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. CE Composites and other Releasees are not responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late entries, which will be void. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
